Michael L. Mosher Appointed Vice President of Regulatory Affairs Michael L. Mosher has been appointed to the position of Vice President of Regulatory Affairs for Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation, with oversight of the utility’s interaction with federal and state regulators. Mosher joined Central Hudson as a Junior Engineer in 1985 and worked with large commercial and industrial customers in Ulster, Orange and Dutchess counties. In 1993, he served as project manager for CH Energy Group subsidiary Central Hudson Enterprises Corporation (CHEC), managing energy efficiency and other programs. Mosher was named Vice President of CHEC in 2000 with responsibilities for the Energy Services and Retail Electric Sales divisions. In 2003, he was named Manager of Corporate Services at Central Hudson, assuming responsibility for the utility's purchasing, transportation, storeroom, security and building services functions. In June 2004, he was reassigned to participate in CH Energy Group's Business Development Team, and he was appointed Central Hudson's Assistant Vice President of Regulatory Affairs in May 2005. "Mike's wide breadth of experience provides him with a strong foundation for this position," said Carl E. Meyer, President and Chief Operating Officer of Central Hudson. Mosher holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electric Engineering from Union College. He serves on the Zoning Board of Appeals in the Town of Red Hook, where he and his wife Venus reside with their children, Gedney and Summer. # # #
