(TSX: FTS) transaction at the Corporation's headquarters at 284 South Avenue in Poughkeepsie, New York. The meeting will be held on June 19, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m. eastern time, and will feature remarks by Steven V. Lant, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer.
