The Board of Directors of CH Energy Group, Inc., at its regularly scheduled meeting held at the South Avenue headquarters, Poughkeepsie, New York, today declared a quarterly dividend of 54 cents per share of its Common Stock, payable May 2, 2005, to holders of record April 11, 2005.
