Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corp. is offering 75 unutilized parcels of its property for sale. The parcels are located in Columbia, Dutchess, Greene, Orange and Ulster counties, and together total more than 600 acres.

“We’ve determined that these properties have no potential future use for Central Hudson, and that it is in the best interest of the Company, its shareholders and the community to offer them for sale,” said Vice President of Engineering and Environmental Affairs James P. Lovette. With the exception of one waterfront parcel containing two small buildings, the properties are vacant land located in urban, suburban and rural areas.
